American Idol Fever!

Oh how I love David Archuleta.. He's like the first American Idol guy contestant who gives me the shivers and sheds my tears. Seeing him sing John Lennon's song tonight was so moving that it made me cry while eating Ayamku chicken. Haha. If I am given the chance to vote, I will definitely vote for him.

So what was I up to last few dayz? I have been super busy with work that I have no energy to blog but I do have energy to blog hop (reading people's blog) I am a blog hopper.. Hop! Hop! Hop!

I am finally done with my kursus... To think that I have been attending the course for 4 weeks dah. I finally feel that I am getting closer to my wedding. Time really flies so fast. First, Nui going off and now my wedding.. Hahah.. I know it'll be in 4 months time, but with all the preparations, it seems faster than you think. Heheh.. I started buying some stuff for my hantaran plus I'll be going to KL in a few days time to get the rest of the stuff. I am so looking forward to that trip. I have plans to meet up with some of my college friends so hopefully I'm be able to meet them.

So okay, will update again till the next entry. My mind is at "Hanged" mode at the moment. I think my stress level has hit the highest point in my brain.. I need some ABC... (Didn't manage to get them last night as I had an emergency family meeting. Sorry guys, will make it up to you soon!)

Tiredless Effort...

Before I go to bed tonight, let me share with you just a few points on what I did today:-

1) Wake up early in the morning (I'm actually on leave today to make way for the renovations going on in my room)

2) Clear up my stuff i.e. move my existing bed to the amah's room, major clearing of the dressing table (I sure do have a lot of stuff which I didn't know, exists) and moving the amah's bed to the store *which was so damn heavy, congrats to me, I managed to carry it of course with the help of the amah* hehehe..

3) Wait for the carpet ppl to arrive and install my brand new carpet. They said that they will come at 8.00 a.m. Time check: 9.15 a.m. (Damn ppl couldn't keep their promise). Called the owner and asked where they were. Owner said, they left like an hour ago. Right after I hung up the phone, carpet ppl arrived. Rupanya, traffic di Bandar coz of the National Day rehearsal.. *woops, sorry for cursing you guys earlier*

4) Jaga the carpet ppl. Became a bit dizzy due to the inhalation of the glue.. Was a bit high at one point.. Hahaha..

5) Lunch with the fam. Syg joined as well. Hehe.. Escape ia kajap.. (Hopefully nda org dari SCB baca ani.. Hahaha... Well, it was lunch time, so consider it Syg's lunch break)

6) Furniture ppl came to pasang the bedroom set we bought last December. Once they pasang the furniture set, which took them like 3 hours to set them up), the once empty big room was now filled in with big, huge furniture sampai I had to scrap the idea of installing another build in wardrobe and a tv table.. Kweng kweng kweng.. And I thought my room was big enough to put those furniture in. Oh well....

7) Arrange back the stuff that we packed earlier to the new furniture.. Took us (me, Syg and the Amah) 3 hours to unpack and arrange. I have so many stuff!!!!

8) In between arranging the stuff, I received a message from Jenger Poinz. The message read:

Me: c nui wah?! hahah (dat was a question poinz, a question + surprise.. Hahah)

Jenger Poinz: no reply from her...

So, m guessing it was Nui's blog.

9) Quickly switched on the lappie tappie, clicked on the IE, went here and voila.. there was an entry to go the the said blogspot address... Its our daleng Nui... Awwww.... *congrats daleng on ur your new blogging journey. We'll be expecting a lot of entries these few days before you start on your classes.. Hehe*

10) While I was online browsing at Jenger Nui's blog, I managed to catch her online at MSN and we chatted for a while. Half way through, we paused for a while as I need to take a shower before bedtime and after shower, continued chatting again for a few minutes.

11) Posted this blog... *Phew*

12) Officially off to bed at 10.30 p.m. Actually its 10.17 p.m. now, but after switching off this lappie tappie and a few minutes of "before bedtime" rituals, I'll be off to dreamland by 10.30 p.m. or a few more minutes after.. Don't think yellow stuff bout the rituals, its for me and only me to know... Hahaha.. Kidding... Its just rubbing minyak kapak on my forehead and below my nose... I just have that habit already... Hehe..

Jenger Nui

Yes, our daleng Jenger Nui has flown off to Brisbane yesterday. Kinda sad, sorang sorang menangis.. Ada orang menahan rasa selama 7 tahun.. Nui, actually ada org menahan rasa Nui, ia kan gitau ko tapinya ko masuk dah... ;) Heheh... We're gonna miss you... but of course you will come back right??? And also, dun worry, the fam will come visit you there this coming March. So, just think positive and look forward for that. Hehe

Anyway, I had a movie marathon today with syg. After the installation of my brand new air con *hehe*, we had lunch at home and after, we went to the Mall to catch a movie, Jumper. Today, the roads leading to the Mall was jam-packed... Traffic lagi plus it was raining. Syg had to drop me off first to collect the tix. He only managed to get a parking after 30 minutes, atupun, di luar near the bridge. All I could say about the movie is a so-so movie... Hayden needs to get more acting lessons. He doesn't have much emotion in the movie. Emosi pulang lagi the other Jumper. But special effects wise.. I'll give it a 7 out of 10. Halfway thru the movie, I kinda felt asleep.. Haha.. Woopss..

After ke Mall, me and Syg headed off to Qlap Mall. Since it was still early, we catched another movie, Kung Fu Dunk. I prefer this movie rather than Jumper. Jay Chou was ok, the movie was funny but I was so drooling over this handsome actor who is the Captain of the basketball team. Cute berabis, sampai I told syg in between the movie, "Cute eh this guy"... Hahah.. Oh well, its not a sin to fantasize.. Hahahah...

Anyhoo, after the movie, we had sandwiches and hot tea at Fleur De Lys where we had a long conversation about family and reality and our future.. Yeah, plus planning the wedding also. It was actually a good talk because its been a while since we had that type of conversation.

Oh well, m off to bed now... I'm actually chatting with Nui at the mo'. She's doin fine there and has moved into her new apartment already... Hehehe... Tomorrow will be a busy day for me.. *sigh*

Hectic Day!

So, yeah, I had a hectic day today. Actually, it started yesterday when my mom told me that contractors ara available today i.e. 12th Feb to remove my built-in wardrobe, meaning, renovation to my room will begin today. Last night, me and Syg went to a few dept stores to collect boxes for me to pack my stuff into. We went to this particular very famous dept store to collect some boxes and to my surprise, they do not have empty boxes. I approached this worker at their drop off supplies area and asked him if they have any empty boxes and to my dismay, he pointed to a pile of unused small boxes which looked very unusable anymore and was like, "nada kotak, atu saja".. Like, "huh?!" I was like, "that's not even a box!" Anyhoos, we went to a nearby dept store and thank god there were some nice boxes, at least usable.

So, once we arrived at home, we had dinner and we started to pack the stuffs in my room. We started around 7ish and finished at almost 11.30 p.m. Warning! I advise ppl especially ladies to spring clean your room every year and I mean it. Imagine, we started off around 7ish, and I just realised I have a lot of stuff in my room! Even the boxes we collected are not enough to fit my stuff into. During my packing, I discovered photos from my Primary school, till high school till diaries of high school crushes. It was a funny thing actually. It reminded me during my childhood days. At one point, I asked Syg to point out where is Poinz, me and Jebs in our Primary 5 photo... Hahah...

Today, instead of me working (my boss is gonna kill me for this if she knew.. Hahah), me and Syg went shopping for my room. Syg pun escape during the afternoon since he was on half day leave this am (for his krusus). We end up buying paint, aircon, carpet and lights as well as asking my mum's interior designer to custom- make our writing table and tv cabinet. We did this all in one day.. *Phew*.. Its not easy preparing for the wedding. Sometimes, I get jittery just thinking of the expenses for the wedding.

Enough talk bout wedding. Hahah... Last Sunday we had a tag making session for a charity drive under Scrappin' Kids. More details and pix here and here. At night, we had a farewell dinner for Nui. It was an enjoyable night for the Jengers as this was like a semi-formal nite out. Instead of hanging out at Jangsak, we had Jeng Geng at Rizqun. Thanks jeb for the treat. Heheh.. Woosh!

Saja, I can't think of a title to put, so the first word that came into my mind was woosh. Haha. It's been a while since I posted my last blog. As usual, I had been very busy with work and pre wedding preparations. So far on the list, I have already met with the printers for the invitation. Basically, I came up with the design of the invitation. I got them to scan some swirl rubons for my borders. Haha.. Good creative idea. I have yet to see the draft of the invitation. Oooo...

Last Friday, Widi flew off to down under. It was kinda sad to see her leave. The gurls were all there to send her off too. Hopefully she can come back in time for my wedding. Next week, my daleng Nui will be leaving..*uwaaa* Nevertheless, I would like to wish them good luck in their studies and my only message to them is to pray saja and take care of themselves. Hehe.

We had an outing with the ladies last month at Empire just to have some good, lovin' fun before they jet off. I know, I'm suppose to post some pix. Sorry for the delay.. Hehehe... Here they are:

Eh, ada tia c Natul. Hehe.. Natul came in later in the evening while we were enjoying our Atrium dinner. It was a fun dinner and I think we were the loudest table. Ketawa saja ani wah. Plus, Nui flirted with the chef. Haha.. Bah, next time lagi Nui... Manatau, ada chance with the Chef. Haha. This photo was taken after check out.

This week was Chinese New Year week. I visited a few of my colleagues' houses including my ex boss. It was sort of a reunion at her place last Friday, coz all of my exstaff were there too, who had branched out from BB too. It was nice to see them all and somehow I kinda miss the times with them. Remember, merchant statement advice every morning Zan.. Hahah.. So far, it has been a good New Year this year, lotsa eating. I guess the most chowed down food was the infamous KEROPOK plus acar.. Yum Yum! Well, it's not like everyday you can sit down with your friends and munch on some good keropok. Hehe.

Oh yeah, before I forget, last month I was busy scrapping a mini-album for my syg. It was a gist from me to him to celebrate our 3 years together. Love you syg. It was kinda a rush thing, so rush that I forgot to take some snaps of it. Well, I'll try to get some shots of the mini album next time and post it in here. I haven't work on a new LO yet due to time constraint, but I'll try to create a new one for my empire outing with the ladies. Hehe.. We will also be meeting up this afternoon for a crop session at Nui's. We will be working on tags. This, according to Pinah is a charity drive for Ka Jazz's blog *i think*, m not quite sure actually, I have to check with Poinz on that later.

Tonite, we will be having dinner with The Jebs and the GF at Rizqun. That's something that I am looking forward to for the weekend. Actually, Jebs had confirmed to us like a few weeks earlier on the ocassion. Semangatz wah ia ah. I bet he's still floating at Cloud 9. Bah Jebs, turun tah. Heheh..
